Statistiques VietnamPhotographer and free journalist, Nicolas Cornet went to Poland in 1981 to make photos. After studies in Switzerland, he stayed in Vietnam and founded a studio. He works regularly with numerous magazines such as Géo, Grands Reportages, Figaro Magazine or Le Monde. He also illustrated his chronicles. Nicolas Cornet exhibited in France, in Switzerland, in Indonesia and more recently in Vietnam.

Statistiques Vietnam« The photography allows gazing moments which have impact on the evolution, such as family photos where we see the children growing, walking, and leaving. In 20 years, I was able to scrutinize changes as we could make it from a room with sight on the country, people, their identities […] I take time to look at people. Do they look at themselves? »Nicolas Cornet

« It has been twenty years since Nicolas crosses Vietnam, a swarm of cameras on shoulder and, in the head, the readings, the discussions, the exchanges, the discoveries. This sum made the young obstinate veteran an exigent witness. A discreet message of love and, above all, truth. » Jean-Claude Pomonti
