Haute couture parade by “On Aura Tout Vu”

For the first time in Ho Chi Minh City, famous chefs, an haute couture creator and French craftsmen will work together to offer a real show of senses and flavors to the participants of the gala dinner of “La Semaine Française”.
Euro-Toques, the biggest European association gathering over 4000 chefs, including 500 from France, will bring its know-how to this dinner through two of its best chefs, Henri Charvet and Gerard Royan, which will create the dinner with the assistance of French chefs in Vietnam, Didier Courlou from the restaurant “La Verticale” and Sakhal Phuong from the Sofitel Plaza Saigon. Dessert will be prepared by the MOF (Best Workman of France) Gerard Taurin. This dinner created with 10 hands will include the finest wines and champagnes served by the cellar man of Ho Chi Minh City.

Didier Corlou, selected chef star by Euro-Toques to prepare the gala, will be accompanied by Henri Charvet, President of the Association and other famous chefs.

Between East and West, this flavor explorer transforms the Asian culinary tradition by merging a creative and an unifying way of cooking and a wonderful mix of aromas and rare spices".

French craftsmen will contribute to the entertainment of the party which will offer as the highlight of the show, the fashion show of “On Aura Tout Vu”.
“On Aura Tout Vu” is involved in the French haute couture scene since 1995. Initially had limited its contribution to the creation of accessories, embroideries, garments and buttons. In 2002, “On Aura Tout Vu” let known to the public its first haute couture collection. Since then, the mark has been invited by the very prestigious French Federation of Haute Couture to present its work twice a year.
Be different and surprising… by controlling every single phases from creativity to quality.
In Ho Chi Minh City, originality and surprise will set the tone for the fashion parade, which will count with the participation of the singer Lidia Martinez and a Vietnamese creator.
